Business Availability
Configure weekly service hours and create global or vehicle-specific blackout periods. Existing bookings are never cancelled automatically; overlap counts are shown for administrator review.
Business Hours Settings
Times are entered and displayed in the configured business timezone.
Block or Reopen a Time
A blackout blocks new reservations. An availability exception can reopen a fully covered service period.

A service leg must fit completely within an open period unless an availability exception covers it.

Booking Change Requests

Drivers & Ride Assignment

Add a driver
The person must first have an authenticated website account. Creating a driver does not change the working customer/admin role enum.

Deactivation or suspension is blocked while a driver has an upcoming assignment.
