Final Review Required

This policy framework contains items that are still pending. Those sections must be completed with approved business terms before public launch and should receive final legal review before being treated as Raphael's definitive legal policy.

01

How Customer Information Is Handled

Information You Provide

When using Raphael's website, customers may provide information needed to create or access an account, submit a transportation request, manage an eligible reservation, communicate about a trip, or submit a verified post-ride review.

Reservation Information

Transportation requests may include information such as pickup and destination details, requested date and time, trip type, reservation status and other information needed to support the requested service.

Account and Sign-In Information

The website uses authenticated customer workflows for protected account and reservation functions. Necessary browser storage or cookies may be used to support authentication, security and core website functionality.

How Information May Be Used

  • To create and maintain customer accounts.
  • To receive, review and manage transportation requests.
  • To provide protected booking-management functions.
  • To support security, fraud prevention and website operation.
  • To administer eligible verified post-ride reviews.
  • To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Service Providers

Information may be processed through technical service providers used to operate website functions such as hosting, authentication, database services or other infrastructure. Additional third-party services should be reflected in this policy when they are actually connected to production.

Data and Security

Raphael should collect and retain only information reasonably needed for legitimate business and operational purposes and should maintain safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Protected customer information should not be made public through administrative or internal website functions.

Privacy Questions and Requests

The final public contact method for privacy questions or requests must be added before launch once Raphael approves its customer-facing email address, phone number or other designated channel.

Before launch: confirm the official privacy contact, retention practices, production service providers, analytics/cookie tools if any, and any additional customer information collected by the final booking and payment systems.

Website and Reservation Terms

Transportation Service

Raphael Luxury Car Transportation Services provides professional chauffeur transportation. Vehicles are provided as part of the transportation service and are not offered through this website as self-drive rentals.

Reservation Requests

Submitting information through the website begins the applicable reservation workflow. A request does not create a right to transportation that the business cannot operationally support. Final service availability depends on approved operating rules, scheduling and vehicle availability.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or submitting transportation details. Material changes to trip information may affect whether a request can be supported.

Website Accounts

Customers should keep account credentials confidential and use only accounts they are authorized to access. Protected customer and administrative website areas may require authentication.

Website Availability

Website functionality may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party infrastructure. The website should not be interpreted as guaranteeing uninterrupted access to every feature at all times.

Final Legal Terms

Any provisions concerning limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, warranties or other legally significant contractual terms should be finalized with legal counsel before public launch rather than invented during website development.

Before launch: obtain legal approval for any liability, dispute, governing-law, indemnification, warranty and transportation-specific contractual language the company intends customers to accept.
03

Cancellation Requests

How to Request Cancellation

Eligible signed-in customers may submit a cancellation request through the protected Manage Booking workflow when that option is available for the reservation.

A Request Is Not Final Cancellation

Submitting a cancellation request records the customer's request for review. The reservation should not be represented as cancelled until the applicable workflow confirms that the cancellation has been accepted and the booking status has been updated.

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Under normal weather and operating conditions, a customer must submit a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If the customer does not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the reservation is not eligible for a refund.

Severe Weather Exception

If severe weather, including snow, a snowstorm, or another significant weather event prevents the customer from safely traveling or going out for the scheduled ride, the customer will receive a full refund.

Still pending: any separate cancellation fee, no-show rule, waiting-time rule, refund processing timeline, or other exception not specifically stated above must be approved before it is published or enforced.
04

Payment Terms

Current Website Status

Production payment collection is not represented as active on this policy page. The website should not claim that a payment method, payment processor or automated charge is available until the production payment workflow has been approved, connected and tested.

Rates and Charges

Public rates, route-based calculations, hourly rates, minimums, taxes, toll treatment, parking charges, gratuity, waiting-time fees, surcharges and other monetary rules should be displayed only after the business approves the applicable pricing structure.

Payment Authorization

If online payments are introduced, the final checkout experience and policy must clearly explain what amount is being authorized or charged, when the charge occurs, and what payment rules apply before the customer completes the transaction.

Pending business and payment-provider setup: accepted payment methods, payment timing, deposits or preauthorization if any, final-rate calculation, taxes, tolls, parking, gratuity, waiting time, surcharges, receipts and charge-dispute procedures.
05

Refunds and No-Show Rules

Refund Eligibility

Under normal weather and operating conditions, a reservation is not eligible for a refund when the customer fails to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Full Refund for Severe Weather

A full refund will be provided when severe weather, such as snow, a snowstorm, or another significant weather event, prevents the customer from safely traveling or going out for the scheduled ride.

No-Show Treatment

The website does not currently publish a separate no-show fee, waiting period or forfeiture rule. Any future no-show policy should define the customer obligation, chauffeur waiting conditions and financial consequences clearly before it is enforced.

Consistency With Booking and Payment Systems

The approved 24-hour cancellation and severe-weather refund rules should be applied consistently across the booking, cancellation and payment workflows. Any additional refund or no-show rules must also match the actual system before they are enforced.

Still pending: refund processing time, any separate no-show definition or fee, chauffeur waiting period, and any additional refund or cancellation exceptions not stated above.

Finalize Business Rules Before Public Launch

The approved 24-hour cancellation and severe-weather refund rules are stated above. Remaining pricing, payment, no-show, legal and operating terms should be finalized so the website accurately reflects how Raphael conducts business.
